200g - not a lot!

I have a list of vegetables that I can have lots of of, and a list from which I can have only 200g (total) per day. This restricted list includes things like tomatoes, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, asparagus, turnips - so lots of choice, but limited quantity.

To give you an idea, this is what 200g looks like - two big mushrooms and about 1/3 of a beef tomato. I made this lot into a Sunday Brunch with a smoked bacon pancake.
