Went to a business conference this morning.
Managed to have black tea and no biscuits (they did look tempting!).
Took a drink with me in my handbag (thank heavens for the fashion for big bags!) and had it during the coffee break at 11ish.
Then at the lunchtime buffet, walked straight past the pizza, lasagne and meatballs, and had a big plate of salad. Not even tempted!
Finished off with a chocolate dessert from my capacious bag, and bingo - situation managed, diet not broken!
V proud of myself.
