After the trio of veg, I had rhubarb and custard. I'd made a vanilla dessert in a tall glass earlier and left it in the fridge. I then topped it with some stewed rhubarb (made by me and then frozen in portions).
It looked really nice in this long glass, with a sundae spoon to eat it with.
The others had cakes from the supermarket - I'm not making them dessert when I can't have it!
