Griddled Veg and Foccacia

This is tonight's dinner!

Griddled vegetables (no oil, just straight on the griddle pan), aubergine dip (baked aubergine left over from last night, whizzed up with spices), fresh herbs and vinagrette dressing, and focaccia made from the bread mix.

Yum!
