Potato!

Today was my first day on Phase 7 - and I can have potatoes! Great timing, as it was a pre Christmas dinner with my mum and two sisters.

We went to the catering college restaurant at Rochdale College, and it was lovely - I did eat my roast potato, but left the dauphinoise and the trimmings, but the turkey and veg were lovely.

C'mon Christmas!
