Main event

And this was my main course. I went for a vegetarian option - aubergine and goat's cheese stack, with beetroot coulis and crispy leeks. It was served with brocolli and green beans - and I added some red cabbage too.

It was quite a lot of cheese, but goat's cheese is quite low in fat compared to hard cheese, so it wasn't too bad - and it was very tasty!
