I got weighed this morning and I'm about 4 lb over my target weight - a combination of a week of feeling poorly and miserable (and relying mainly on carbs for food) and then a couple of days of very social activities - too much good food!
So, it's back to a lower calorie limit for a few days until I'm back below 12 st 4 - 1200 calories a day for 4 to 5 days should do it.
So as a start, tonight's dinner was a veggie chilli - weiging in at just 212 calories - that should get me back on track!
